Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
